Guests must transfer via floatplane or helicopter to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests must arrange transfers from Nadi Domestic Airport and Nausori Domestic Airport to the property, which is 45 minutes from Nadi or 25 minutes from Suva via a seaplane or helicopter flight. Maximum luggage allowance is 22 lbs (10 kg) carry-on soft luggage for the flight. Extra luggage can be accommodated by alternative transfer. A staff member will meet guests near the Nadi International Airport information desk to be escorted to the domestic terminal. Transfer via seaplane is available only during daylight hours. Guests arriving after 3 PM or departing before 10 AM to/from Nadi or Nausori domestic airports are not eligible for transfer flights.
