After check-in our staff guide guests to Kazueya by taxi. ※ Depending on the guests’ arrival time, weather or traffic condition, taxi may not be available. ※ In case you need more than three taxis, it will be charged for the third one or more. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests may be subject to health screenings for COVID-19 at the property. Please note that daily housekeeping will not be available until further notice. During this time, guests are provided with change of linens and amenities to self-serve.

Fees
