Special Instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up. During summer, the property can be accessed by car on the road from Stöckalp to Melchsee-Frutt during even hours, and from Melchsee-Frutt to Stöckalp during odd hours of the day. Offsite parking is available at Melchsee-Frutt for a surcharge. there is no charge for parking at Stöckalp. Guests can also choose to travel by cable car from Stöckalp to the property between June 14 and October 19. Guests of Frutt Lodge and Spa receive cable car tickets for a reduced rate. Cable car operating hours are: Monday-Friday, 8:10 AM-12:20 PM; 1:20 PM-5:20 PM; and 5:50 PM. Saturday and Sunday 8:10 AM-5:20 PM and 5:50 PM. From July 5-August 17 and from September 27-October 12, hours are 8:10 AM-5:20 PM; 5:50 PM; and 8 PM. Please note that the last cable car of the day to Melchsee-Frutt leaves at 5:20 PM. In winter, the property is only accessible by cable car. The last car for Melchsee-Frutt leaves at 5:30 PM. For winter, all of the above rates and times are subject to change. Guests planning to access the property by cable car should contact the property beforehand to arrange schedule times using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
